Ann Boldt

FCA Exhibiting

Ann Boldt is an avid watercolour painter and nature explorer, living in the Okanagan. She is greatly influenced by the Canadian outdoors. Each adventure gives her an appreciation for the Art of life. A stunning photograph captured in the beauty of the moment always begins every art process. Then with watercolour washes she continues her vision with watercolour pencils and paint. Her location photographs represent truly iconic Canadian landscapes — the Okanagan, British Columbia, Alberta’s Rocky Mountains, Ontario’s Muskoka and Algonquin Park regions.

2026 brings many new beginnings at the Summerland Arts Centre where Fall Splendour is being shown locally. Totes and drink coasters are also featured at this amazing gallery. The Penticton Art Gallery Shop has recently added numerous original Okanagan watercolours, adding to a large array of Okanagan watercolour merchandise. The Cannery Marketplace, in the Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort, also continues to sell select greeting cards and small framed prints, while Burrowing Owl Estate Winery showcases Killarney and Hardy Lake on their main level.

As an exhibiting member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and an affiliate of the South Okanagan-Similkameen Chapter, 2025 was an amazing year with her juried artwork Fall Splendour included in the 2025 Abstracted Exhibition at the Federation Gallery on Granville Island B.C. Bala Cranberry Marsh was also recognized and displayed online on the federation gallery What an achievement, to be included with such a select group of artists.

For all art news stay informed on Ann’s website for new watercolours, art show entries and dates for Okanagan watercolour classes. Sign up for the next upcoming event on May 2, 2026 at Township 7 Winery, Naramata Bench B.C.
